Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and your account

You must provide accurate account information. reStocked requires a unique verified email address and a unique verified phone number for a customer account. Purchase-related features require confirmation that you are at least 18 years old and legally eligible to make purchases.

Google or Apple sign-in may be offered for convenience. Using a social sign-in provider does not bypass reStocked's phone-verification, eligibility, account, or trial requirements. Identities belonging to the same person should be linked to the same reStocked customer account.

2. One account and one free trial

reStocked permits one customer account and one free trial per person. Creating or using additional accounts, email addresses, phone numbers, or identities to obtain additional trials is not permitted.

An eligible trial may provide up to 14 days of real-time alert access and, when Auto-Buy is available and enabled, up to 3 successful trial Auto-Buys. An applicable trial limit may end trial access before another limit is reached.

Creating a reStocked account does not by itself enroll you in a paid subscription. Any paid subscription purchase is presented separately through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

3. Restock alerts, Hunts, Fav, and pricing information

reStocked is designed to detect and deliver restock information quickly, but alerts are best-effort. Alerts may be delayed, duplicated, missed, or become stale because of retailer restrictions, site changes, outages, network conditions, upstream signal interruptions, or other circumstances outside reStocked's control.

Retailer inventory, seller, price, shipping, pickup availability, limits, and product details can change at any time. The retailer is the final source of truth for a product and order.

Hunts, Favorites, and user-set price limits are filtering and preference tools. They do not guarantee that a product will be detected or purchased.

4. Auto-Buy and purchase assistance

Auto-Buy is optional and may be unavailable, disabled, limited to certain retailers, or released separately. Alerts, Hunts, Favorites, and other available features may be used without Auto-Buy.

If Auto-Buy or another purchase-assistance feature is enabled, you are responsible for maintaining valid retailer accounts, login sessions, payment methods, billing details, shipping addresses, and pickup locations on the retailer's service.

No Auto-Buy attempt is guaranteed to complete. Sellouts, retailer purchase limits, security checks, checkout errors, payment failures, price changes, seller changes, traffic, and retailer cancellations may prevent or reverse a purchase. A submitted order is not final success until the retailer confirms it, and the retailer may later cancel or otherwise update the order.

Retailer purchases are transactions between you and the retailer and remain subject to the retailer's terms, policies, return rules, and purchase limits.

5. Paid subscriptions

Paid digital subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android. The price, billing interval, taxes, renewal terms, and any introductory offer shown by the applicable store at checkout are the controlling purchase terms for that subscription.

Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until canceled through the applicable store. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple or Google account. Canceling a subscription does not itself delete your reStocked account.

Unless a refund is required by applicable law or the applicable store's rules, subscription refunds are handled under the policies of the store that processed the transaction.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse reStocked, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security or rate limits, use the service to violate retailer rules or applicable law, obtain unauthorized access, abuse trials, or use automated features in a way that harms reStocked, retailers, or other users.

7. Service changes and availability

Features, supported retailers, monitoring sources, product coverage, alert timing, free-plan capabilities, and subscription benefits may change as the service evolves. We may suspend a feature when needed for safety, security, retailer compliance, maintenance, or reliability.

8. Independent service and third parties

Unless specifically stated otherwise, reStocked is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the retailers it monitors. Third-party services—including retailers, authentication providers, mobile app stores, push-notification providers, and stock-signal providers—operate under their own terms and policies.

9. Intellectual property

reStocked's software, branding, original interface, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names, retailer names, trademarks, and product imagery may belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and service functionality.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, reStocked is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, exact stock accuracy, a specific alert speed, retailer availability, successful checkout, or any particular financial result.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, reStocked and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from missed inventory, price changes, failed or canceled retailer orders, retailer account restrictions, or service interruptions. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using reStocked at any time. You can request account deletion through the app or at restocked.bid/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, security threats, repeated violations of these Terms, or legal requirements.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how reStocked handles personal information, device information, preferences, service activity, and deletion requests.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as reStocked changes. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice through the app, website, or another appropriate channel. Continued use after an effective update means the updated Terms apply, subject to applicable law.
